Writing Center Project in Good Shape

I am feeling good about where my writing center freelance project is at. Over Thanksgiving break I spent some time going over all of the original genre guides (the ones that are already posted) and correcting their re-edits and inserting any additional information that has come up. This effectively took care of nine different documents haunting my project folder and I'm pretty sure puts work on all of those original genre guides to a close.

With that accomplished I am left with only several new genre guides and student sample papers to create for the moment (the project is always in motion). Being that it is the end of the semester my group members understand if not much more gets accomplished this semester, but I will certainly try if the free time arises. Otherwise I have been hired on to the writing center for the winter semester so I can continue to work on the project. I feel very happy that I will continue to have the chance to work on the project, creating a little extra pocket cash and more material for my portfolio. Plus it feels nice to know that my supervisor is happy enough with my work to want me to remain on the project. It is funny to remember that this was initially proposed as a thirty hour summer project and now I'm going into the winter semester with it!
